At Admin Avenues, we’re more than a platform – we’re a movement.

We bring together Australia’s admin professionals through unforgettable events, bold conversations, and a thriving community that champions real recognition, career progression, and connection. From networking experiences and empowering conferences to awards nights that spotlight outstanding achievement – this is where admin professionals come to feel seen, celebrated, and supported.

Founded by former career Executive Assistant Candice Burningham, Admin Avenues exists to elevate the 160+ job titles that fall under the admin umbrella – and to advocate for the pay, respect, and career opportunities they deserve.

We’re unapologetically admin-first. Future-focused. And powered by community.
