Filippo Guscetti has extensive experience in both emergency management and customer service roles. Currently serving as Primotenente in the Servizio di Stato Maggiore with Protezione Civile since September 2010, Filippo has also contributed as a Volunteer Staff member at Hockey Club Ambrì Piotta from September 2015 to September 2016. A brief internship in accounting took place at KaVo Kerr in mid-2016. Prior to the current role, Filippo spent several years at Swisscom, where a variety of positions included Deputy Head of Tactical Planning & Steering, Resource & Navigation Manager, and multiple roles in workforce planning and customer consultation, from September 2020 to September 2023. Filippo holds a degree in Impiegato di Commercio from Scuola Cantonale di Commercio.
