Ty Francis

Ty Francis is the Co-Founder of Admin Within. Prior to that, they were with FastPay as the Sales Operations Manager from January 2016 to April 2017. There, they were responsible for training, advising, and analyzing Salesforce operations for 30+ user instances. Ty also utilized Salesforce to improve sales efficiency and promote interdepartmental collaboration. In addition, Ty leveraged sales data to identify and implement enhancements to sales processes. Furthermore, they managed large-scale data transfers from Salesforce to FastPay's proprietary database and oversaw all native and third-party software integrations, including Desk.com integration and various AppExchange apps. Before joining FastPay, Ty Francis worked as the Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Connectivity, Inc. from January 2015 to January 2016. At Connectivity, they were responsible for managing the company's Salesforce instance and served as the main systems administrator. Ty also provided technical recommendations relating to sales strategy and processes and generated reports and data insights for VP of Sales and senior leadership team. In addition, Ty oversaw system improvements, enhancements, and third-party software integrations. Ty supported 40 users from Marketing, Account Management, Product, Finance, and Legal teams. Prior to joining Connectivity, Ty Francis worked as the Senior Business Analyst, CRM at LivingSocial from August 2011 to December 2014.

Ty Francis has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, where they majored in marketing with a concentration in process management/consulting. Ty also has a certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator.
