Zack Amrein

Zack Amrein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Zack currently works at Admin Within as a Revenue Operations Architect since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Analyst at Admin Within from May 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining Admin Within, Zack worked at Service Express from 2016 to 2021. Zack served as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst from May 2020 to May 2021, and as a Revenue Operations Analyst from November 2016 to May 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Operations Intern at Service Express from May 2016 to November 2016.

Zack's earlier experience includes working at Varsity News Network as a Media Coach from August 2015 to May 2016. Zack also gained valuable experience at Grand Valley State University, where they held multiple roles. Zack worked as a Parent Orientation Assistant from May 2014 to August 2015, and as a Dean of Students Student Assistant from August 2013 to August 2015.

Zack Amrein's education history begins with their high school education at Lockport Township High School, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Zack then pursued their undergraduate studies at Grand Valley State University from 2012 to 2016. At Grand Valley State University, Zack focused on Allied Health Sciences as their major, while also undertaking minors in General Business and Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Zack has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Zack became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in May 2017. Later, in July 2021, they received the certification for being a Salesforce Certified Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant. Zack's most recent certification is as a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, which they obtained in February 2022. Alongside these Salesforce certifications, they also became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in September 2022, granted by the Scrum Alliance.
