Marius Rosenberg Amundsen has extensive work experience in marketing and communication roles. Marius currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Admincontrol since January 2020. Before that, they worked at Hurtigruten as the VP Communication, Content & Channel Strategy from November 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at Mitsubishi Motors, where they led the marketing department and was responsible for the company's marketing and branding strategy from August 2016 to November 2018. Marius also represented the company in global working groups for brand and marketing strategies. Marius has also worked at Statoil in various roles, including Communication Manager Exploration from August 2015 to August 2016, Head of Sponsorship Execution & Strategy from January 2011 to August 2015, Brand Consultant from September 2009 to December 2010, and as a Corporate trainee from September 2007 to September 2009. During their trainee program, they gained experience in different business areas, such as marketing, communication, and media monitoring.
Marius Rosenberg Amundsen completed their upper secondary education from the Norwegian College for Top Athletes, specializing in general, economic, and administrative subjects, from 1997 to 2000. Marius then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management at BI Norwegian Business School, graduating in 2005. In 2006, they briefly attended Cass Business School to complete an MSc (minor) in Finance. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Marius studied at BI Norwegian Business School again, this time obtaining a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Finance. In 2015, they attended the London Business School for a short-term program focused on leadership and team development titled "Leading Teams for Emerging Leaders".
