With extensive experience across both public and private sectors, Melanie has worked in various roles, from Senior Business Analyst to Director of Operations at Montoux, where they manage business operations and implement continuous improvement processes. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Otago and brings a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and successful project outcomes to her work. Prior to entering consulting, Melanie spent a decade as a Pharmacist, where they developed key skills in customer service and management.
