Admittee is facility scheduling software built for organizations managing shared spaces. We help teams schedule facilities, run events, and collect payments from one shared master calendar.

Many organizations rely on a mix of general calendars, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools to manage gyms, fields, auditoriums, rooms, and multi-use spaces. As schedules grow more complex, coordination becomes harder and conflicts become more common.

Admittee brings everything together in one place. Facilities are scheduled directly on the calendar, so availability is clear, conflicts are prevented, and approvals are handled in context. Events are connected to the spaces they use, giving teams a single source of truth they can trust.

Beyond scheduling, Admittee supports running events and handling payments. Teams can manage ticketing, registrations, onsite payments, and event day check-in, all connected to the same calendar. Built-in reporting provides insight into space usage, attendance, and activity over time.

Admittee is built for organizations managing shared facilities, including schools, athletic and multi-use campuses, performing arts venues, faith-based organizations, and community centers. Whether coordinating daily practices, meetings, or large events, Admittee helps teams stay aligned and facilities run smoothly.
