Usama Malik has worked in the field of medical billing since 2016. Usama began their career at Adnare Pvt Ltd as a Billing and AR Team Lead, AR Executive, and Billing Executive. In this role, they were responsible for the complete medical billing management cycle, practice audit, patient registration, charge entry, EOB/ERA posting, follow up unpaid/denied claims, reconciliation of weekly and monthly reports, document transactions appropriately, track and resolve billing discrepancies, activate and deactivate patients' accounts upon request, verify patients' insurance coverage, perform appeals on denied claims, manage accounts receivable reports, answer questions and resolve problems regarding medical billing activities, use a variety of medical billing software to post charges, oversee and audit billing systems and activities to ensure accuracy, ensure that medical billing clerks are performing accurate data entry services, verify billing information posted, and train medical billing clerks in performing data entry duties. Usama worked on the specialties of Internal Medicine, Skilled Nursing Facility, Cardiology, Home Health, Podiatry, Vision, Chiropractic, Anesthesia, Dental, Nephrology, and Pain Management. In 2020, Usama Malik moved to Adnare, where they currently serve as QA Manager and Project Manager.
