Terry S.

Terry S. is the current Head of APAC & Oceania at Adnavem. Prior to this, they worked as the Service Logistics Excellence, APAC at Diebold Nixdorf from August 2019 to May 2021. There, they led APAC Service Logistics partnerships with Banking and Retail Field Operations, and were responsible for developing mechanisms for continuous improvement, costs optimisation, and quality performances in logistics network. They also conducted Business Reviews with In-country Operations, Field Services, and 3PLs.

Before Diebold Nixdorf, Terry S. was the Senior Manager, Regional Freight Mgmt at Kintetsu World Express from February 2017 to June 2019. There, they developed training plans for country managers, resolved LSP related issues, and executed optimal inventory management in forward-stocking locations/facilities.

Terry S.'s career began as the Senior Manager, Procurement at Singtel from March 2012 to February 2017. There, they were responsible for resolving master data and systems infrastructure errors with IT, monitoring of service performance metrics, and upholding APAC driven KPIs.

Terry S. reports to Mattias Sundström, CEO. They are on a team with Andreas Gustavsson - Head of North Europe, Daniel Heckel - Head of Central Europe, and Linda Maria Gårdlöv - Co-Founder.
