Lucy Edwards

Lucy Edwards has a robust background in operations and compensation management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Officer at ADNOC Distribution since November 2019, Lucy previously spent a decade at Smith & Nephew as a Compensation Benefits Advisor, where responsibilities included providing international tax and compensation services in the Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, Lucy held various roles at National Grid from 1986 to 2009, culminating as Head of UK Group functions for the North East, as well as serving as a Project & PMO Analyst, where tasks involved managing project controls improvement plans and coordinating monthly progress meetings.
