Anwar Alam

Anwar Alam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Team Leader for Performance Enhancement at ADNOC Group since June 2019. In this role, Anwar oversees fracturing and coiled tubing operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE, focusing on both conventional and unconventional formations. Prior to ADNOC, Anwar held various positions at Baker Hughes, including Account Manager and Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included managing operational aspects and driving business development in Kuwait, as well as providing technical support to various clients in the UAE. Anwar also served as a Technical Advisor at Weatherford and gained foundational experience at Baker Hughes in multiple field engineering roles, with responsibilities spanning design and execution of fracturing jobs and cementing operations. Anwar holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
