James Jeffreys

James Jeffreys has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. James is currently serving as the VP Strategy & Planning HC at ADNOC Group since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at sipHR Services Ltd starting from July 2017.

James's longest tenure was at BP, where they held various positions. James served as the Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the Leadership Team in the Upstream segment, responsible for global HR strategy, portfolio management, operations, commercial management, and people metrics. James also managed a team of approximately 40 professionals. James held this role from 2013 to 2016.

Before that, James worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at BP from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Manager, leading strategy, planning, performance activities, and change initiatives on a global level. James was also responsible for operational excellence in HR services during their tenure from 2003 to 2010. Furthermore, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in various roles within the company's commercial, retailing, IT, and projects disciplines.

James began their career at BP as a Graduate Trainee in 1986, remaining with the company until 1989. Overall, their extensive experience in HR, strategy, planning, performance management, and project management positions him as a highly competent professional in their field.

James Jeffreys attended Sherborne School for Boys from 1978 to 1983. James then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering at the University of Liverpool from 1983 to 1986. Additionally, they hold a certification in 6 Sigma Green Belt.
