Kumar Singh

Kumar Singh is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various recruitment and global mobility roles within the oil and gas industry. Starting as a Recruitment Specialist at Atkinson Consulting Group Pty Ltd from April 2004 to November 2007, Kumar managed recruitment processes for projects in Qatar, Abu Dhabi, KSA, Kuwait, and Iraq, while also overseeing training, development, benefits, and compensation activities. This was followed by a position as a Senior Recruiter at KBR, Inc. from February 2008 to June 2010, focusing on recruitment processes and team building for projects in Northern Iraq. Kumar served as a Human Resource Manager at Gazprom from August 2010 to February 2015, before transitioning to ADNOC in March 2015 as a Global Mobility Manager, concentrating on recruitment activities. Kumar Singh holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from Buckinghamshire New University, and a Human Resource certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
