Mike Baker is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as CFO of Downstream, Marketing & Trading at ADNOC Group since May 2020, Mike oversees a comprehensive finance and investment function across various sectors including Gas Processing, LNG, Petrochemicals, and Refining. Prior to this role, Mike was CFO for Africa at Puma Energy from November 2017 to May 2020, where responsibilities included managing finance across 18 countries, and previously held key positions at BP for over 25 years, including Downstream Fuels Planning, Performance & Reporting Manager and CFO of the Rotterdam Refinery. Mike holds an MBA from London Business School and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
