Pathy V is a Senior Drilling Specialist at ADNOC Onshore, with over 16 years of experience in the upstream oil industry. With expertise in drilling fluids, well control, and completion engineering, Pathy has successfully managed various complex projects, including unconventional wildcat drilling and challenging reservoir conditions. Previously, Pathy worked as a Drilling Fluids Engineer for MB Petroleum Services and held roles at Kings Chemicals & Distilleries and MI Swaco. Pathy holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Bharathidasan University and an MBA in Oil & Gas from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.
