Roland Bäck

Roland Bäck is currently serving as the Manager of IT Strategy and Planning at ADNOC Group, a role they have held since 2020 after previously gaining extensive experience in various technology and management positions. They worked as an ETRM Manager at OMV AG from 2011 to 2022 and as a Business Technology Analyst at both VERBUND (2003-2007) and Axpo Group (2008-2010). Roland completed a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in Urban Technologies and later earned a Master of Science in Energy and Transport Management as well as an MBA in Energy Management.
