Rubin Singhal

Rubin Singhal is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) engineering with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Beginning as a Process Safety Engineer at IRCA Mumbai from June 2008 to October 2009, Rubin focused on quantitative risk assessments and modeling using specialized software. Subsequently, Rubin served as an HSE Engineer at Cairn Oil and Gas from October 2009 to February 2014, where responsibilities included providing HSE support for oil exploration and production, managing emergency response plans, and conducting inspections and audits. After a brief tenure as an HSE Engineer with Gulf National Drilling Company in 2014, Rubin has been a Health Safety Environment Advisor at ADNOC Group since October 2014, advising on safety matters and overseeing self-inspection programs. Rubin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, earned in 2008, and possesses various certifications, including AERB and TUV certifications.
