Run Chen

Run Chen is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in equity research and investment banking. Currently serving as an M&A Analyst at ADNOC Group since August 2024, Run previously held positions such as Equity Research Analyst at Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd., and Off-cycle Analyst in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. During tenure at Morgan Stanley, Run conducted due diligence and contributed to the writing of an IPO prospectus. Previous experience includes an internship as an Equity Research Intern at Nandi Internet Technology Limited Company, where Run performed equity research and developed financial models, as well as an Assistant of Portfolio Manager Intern at Sincere Finance Limited Company, focusing on currency pair analysis and client relationships. Run holds a Master’s degree in Management from INSEAD, completed in 2024.
