Khaled Omer is an ARAMCO Approved Lifting Equipment Engineer and ADNOC Approved Appointed Person with a robust background in lifting equipment inspection. They have been serving as an ADNOC Approved Lifting Specialist since 2025 and previously worked as a Senior Lifting Equipment Inspector for TÜV Rheinland Middle East and Bureau Veritas Group from 2010 to 2025. Khaled holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refinery from the Faculty of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, obtained in 2006. They are also certified in multiple inspection categories, including LEEA and NSL certifications.
