Joel Flint

Joel Flint has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and web development. Joel began their career in 1999 as a Web Developer for Accurate CAD Services, where they designed and developed websites using Flash 4, Cold Fusion, DHTML, and JavaScript. Joel then moved to theFurious, Inc. in 2001, where they developed projects in .Net, Classic ASP, and Flash. In 2003, they joined MotorWeb, Inc. as a Senior Developer and developed a fully custom .Net e-commerce solution. In 2007, they co-founded Metaphour Digital and served as the Technical Director, managing a staff of up to 10 employees. Joel also founded Stimuli Media, LLC in 2007, where they served as the Technical Director and worked with Angular, PHP, and ASP.Net technologies. In 2010, they were hired as an Application Development Manager at The Lavidge Company, and then moved to The Rich Dad Company in 2017 as a Senior Developer. In 2018, they joined R&R Partners as a Senior Digital Developer, and most recently, they were hired as a Senior Software Engineer at Adomni in 2020.

Joel Flint's educational history consists of a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2010, a Diploma in C++/Java from the Florida Technical College in 1998, and an Associate of Arts in Architectural Drafting from the High-tech Institute from 1996 to 1997. Joel also holds four certifications from Microsoft: Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: Web Developer 4, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .Net Framework 4, Data Access, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .Net Framework 4, Service Communication Applications, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .Net Framework 4, Web Applications.
