Jerry Carpenter

Jerry Carpenter is an accomplished professional specializing in lean supply chain, operations, and logistics. They served as the Director of Operations at AmerisourceBergen from 2005 to 2007 and held the position of Director - Consulting at Peppers and Rogers Group from 2009 to 2015. Jerry was the Principal at Carpenter Solutions Group from 2015 until 2025 and transitioned to their current role as Engagement Manager at Adonis Partners in 2025. They have also worked as the Executive Director - Consulting at TTEC Digital from 2020 to 2023. Jerry holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from The Ohio State University and a BS in Business Human Resource Management from Franklin University.
