Pradeep Deore is the General Manager and Head of Design, Engineering, and PreSales at Ador Welding Ltd., with over 24 years of experience in static equipment and rotary machines. They have previously held positions as Head of Design and Engineering at Thermax Limited and Larsen & Toubro, and as Deputy General Manager at Kirloskar Pneumatic. Pradeep's expertise includes process design, mechanical design, new product development, and engineering analysis. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Process Piping Design & Engineering, and an M. Tech in Metallurgical Engineering.
