Adrian Heacock

Adrian Heacock is the Global Portfolio Director for International Money Movement at ADP, where they oversee a substantial portfolio of over 40 projects annually, ensuring success and profitability through a focus on value, people, and accountability. With 20 years of project management experience, they have excelled in navigating complex projects across North America’s financial institutions. Adrian previously held various project management roles at TD, where they led significant Six Sigma initiatives, and has developed a strong expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Adrian holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, along with a Lean Six Sigma Masters Black Belt.
