Adriano Rodriguez

Adriano Rodriguez is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global and regional procurement management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Procurement at ADP since August 2015, Adriano oversees the procurement operations for Iberia and Italy as well as the implementation of cost reduction strategies across more than 90 countries. Prior to ADP, Adriano held several leadership roles, including Direct Procurement Manager for South America at BASF, where management of €300 million in spend and the Supplier Relationship Management program for raw materials was emphasized. Earlier roles include Procurement Manager at Colgate Palmolive, Supply Chain Coordinator at T4F Entertainment Group, and Senior Buyer at Cia Ultragaz S/A. Adriano holds an MBA in People's Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
