Aileen Carper

Aileen Carper is an accomplished executive producer and communication leader with extensive experience in corporate storytelling, media strategy, and executive communications. Currently serving as Executive Producer of the Workforce Newsroom at ADP since August 2017, Aileen manages content production and collaborates with PR and Marketing to drive engagement and brand awareness. Previously, Aileen held roles as Senior Director and Director of Executive Communications, crafting impactful messages and speeches for C-suite leadership at ADP. Aileen also contributed to Autism Speaks as a Senior Writer & Producer and served as a Media Consultant with MediaInsider.TV, enhancing client communication strategies. Aileen's early career included a position as Senior Broadcast Producer at CNN, where Aileen led show planning and story development. Aileen holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communications from American University and a B.A. in Journalism from Penn State University, coupled with various leadership training experiences.
