Alexander Berman

Alexander Berman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management, currently serving as Principal Program Manager for Strategic Operations at ADP since October 2018. Berman oversees the ADP the Zone Service, managing nearly 20 workstreams that encompass organizational readiness, product development, and project management across various business units. Earlier roles at ADP included Senior Manager of Business Operations & Technology and Business Operations Manager, where responsibilities involved leading teams and ensuring operational excellence in implementation organizations. Prior to ADP, Berman held positions at RubensteinTech and SapientNitro, among others, and possesses a strong academic background with multiple degrees from Simmons University and Boston University.
