Allie McCoy

Allie (Pace) McCoy is a seasoned professional in client services and research, currently serving as Sr. Director of Client Services at ADP since October 2017. In this role, McCoy leads strategic growth, service, and retention teams for the Upmarket in the Comprehensive Services business unit, while also overseeing the broker channel and service delivery for clients with 150-999 employees. Previous positions at ADP include Service Executive for CX & HCM Strategy and Senior Director of Client Experience, focusing on enhancing client experiences and strategic direction of HCM products. Prior to joining ADP, McCoy worked at Brandtrust as a Research Consultant, and held earlier roles in research and consulting at Innerscope Research, Harvard University, and the Organization of Tropical Studies at Duke University. McCoy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University.
