Allison Justice

Allison Justice, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll and human capital management, beginning with a role as Payroll Manager at Progressive Logistics Services from 2003 to 2006, where management included a multi-state payroll for approximately 1800 employees. Allison transitioned to ADP, serving as Senior Implementation Delivery Manager and later as Senior Director of Operations - HRBPO, leading project teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing strategic business operations. In subsequent roles, Allison demonstrated strong leadership in payroll management for high-complexity clients while driving cost management and talent development. Educational background includes studies at the University of Alabama and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the American College.
