Amanda Guzman

Amanda Guzman is a Client HR Business Partner with a robust background in the education management sector. They have extensive experience as a Program Supervisor and have held various roles, including Program Director, Case Manager, and Counselor at YAYB - Youth Action YouthBuild from 2016 to 2021. Amanda has also worked as a YouthBuild USA Consultant and served in multiple roles at ADP from 2021 to the present, including Implementation Consultant and Implementation Consultant II. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at City University of New York-Hunter College while holding a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University.
