Amol Malani

Amol Malani is an experienced Director at ADP, leading the client-focused CSL Service India organization for Global Payroll since May 2011. Malani's expertise includes managing service delivery and client relationships for a substantial number of clients, developing retention strategies to enhance client experience, and streamlining operations for efficiency. Malani previously held roles such as Head Of Service Delivery and Sr Manager for ESI Implementation, where responsibilities included managing service delivery across multiple regions and platforms, as well as overseeing large implementation teams. Prior to joining ADP, Malani served as Academic Head at Career Launcher, where skills in resource allocation, cost management, and team mentoring were demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Marketing & Finance from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
