Arnold James

Arnold James possesses extensive experience in management and customer support roles within the financial technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at ADP since September 2024, Arnold previously held multiple leadership positions at Tide, including Vulnerable Member Lead and Member Support Team Lead, from March 2021 to January 2024. Prior to that, Arnold worked as a Business Operations Analyst at Accenture from March 2017 to June 2020 and gained early experience in various capacities at Sitel from April 2013 to March 2017, including Technical Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert. Arnold holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from Dr. C. V. Raman University, completed between 2014 and 2016.
