Arvind T N is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in research and development across multiple organizations. At ADP, from December 2017 to August 2022, Arvind served as Senior Director, expanding the team size and significantly increasing client reach for a SaaS-based HCM product while transitioning architectures to microservices. Prior roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions included Director in the CTO office, where Arvind managed budgets, P&L, and drove technology incubation and consulting efforts. Earlier experience at Virtusa India Ltd. and Adrenalin eSystems Ltd. involved leading software architecture reviews, developing innovative solutions, and achieving high client satisfaction. Arvind's technical expertise was demonstrated at Sella Synergy, where an online securities trading application captured a significant market share. Currently pursuing a Master of Computer Applications with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Arvind also holds a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business.
