Bella Martin

Bella Martin is a Lead UX Researcher at ADP and the co-author of *Universal Methods of Design* (Rockport Publishers, 2012). After completing a Master of Design from Carnegie Mellon University in 2004, Bella served as a Senior Information Architect at SiegelGale and worked in various roles, including Internet Product Design Manager at J. J. Keller & Associates and Director of User Experience at Sharecare, Inc. Bella’s career began with a passion for creating user experiences, starting with the development of an interactive Shakespearean literature website in 1996 while pursuing a B.A. in English Literature at Duquesne University. Known for expertise in design strategy and user-centered research methods, Bella has contributed to significant projects across diverse industries.
