Bill Leonard

Bill Leonard is an experienced senior professional in human resources technology, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at ADP. With a strong background in Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS, Bill has held various significant roles, including Senior Director of HR Solutions Architecture and Director of Payroll Operations & Systems at Automatic Data Processing. Bill earned a M.S. in Human Resources Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Psychology from Lafayette College. Additionally, Bill has coached athletes, including four high school all-Americans, and holds a USATF Level Two coaching certification.
