Brian Michaud

Brian Michaud is President of ADP’s Smart Compliance Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for leading ADP’s Employment Tax, Tax Credits, Health Compliance, Wage Garnishments and Unemployment Claims services and solutions.

Prior to this role, Michaud served as President of ADP’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) Services, leading ADP Comprehensive Services, a market leading HR business process outsourcing solution, and ADP TotalSource®, the largest Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the United States, with over 600,000 client employees. He focused on helping small- and medium-sized businesses manage their people, while giving them tools to attract and retain top talent, mitigate employment risk, gain operational efficiencies, and control cost.

Michaud started with ADP in 1991 as a sales representative in Small Business Services. He joined ADP TotalSource in 1999 and contributed to the rapid growth and expansion of the organization throughout the United States. During his tenure, he has held various roles of increasing responsibility in sales, operations, and service leadership.

Michaud is a former member of the board of directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fairfield University.
