Brian Rients, RCDD, is currently the Sr. Manager of Technical Operations at ADP, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Rients served as the Technical Facilities Manager at Midcontinent from 2014 to 2020, as well as the Sr. Technician/Estimator at Muth Technology from 1998 to 2014. Early in their career, they worked as a Plant Electrician at RTP Company from 1992 to 1996 and as an Assistant Service Manager at Muth Electric from 1996 to 1998. Rients obtained a degree in Construction Electrician from Albert Lea Technical College between 1990 and 1992.
