Carlos Smith

Carlos Smith is a Senior District Manager at ADP, where responsibilities include enhancing cash flow, increasing revenue, and reducing risk for major accounts through payroll solutions and benefits administration since March 2021. Simultaneously, Carlos has been involved in real estate sales with Coldwell Banker since September 2018, assisting home buyers and sellers in navigating the market. Prior experiences include serving as Athletic Director and Associate Head Coach at American International Prep School from August 2013 to March 2021, and Associate Athletic Director at American Basketball Institute from October 2014 to June 2019. Carlos began a career in athletics as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Dillard University from August 2008 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sport Marketing and Administration/Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of South Alabama.
