Charmaine Iler

Charmaine Iler, MBA, PMP, PHR, is the Director of Global Methodology at ADP, where they are responsible for global implementation methodology and process improvements for payroll and time management solutions. Having joined ADP in 1997, Charmaine has held various roles including Senior GlobalView Project Manager and Project Manager III. They earned an MBA in Human Resources from Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University and completed a certification in Financial Planning at Pepperdine University.
