Chip Jones

Chip Jones is an experienced content designer and technical writer with a career spanning over two decades in various roles, primarily at ADP since 2008. As a Lead Content Designer, Chip focuses on project management and mentoring writers while enhancing user experience for human capital management products. Previous positions include Lead Technical Writer at ADP, where standard operating procedures were developed, and a part-time instructor at Southern Polytechnic State University, teaching online technical communication. Additional experience includes contract writing at Autodesk and senior management of a documentation team at Ceridian. Chip holds an M.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in English from Vanderbilt University.
