Chris Moreno

Chris Moreno is a seasoned program and project management leader with a diverse background in data analysis, security, and compliance programs, along with strategic planning. They began their career at Disneyland Resort, where they collaborated with various teams to exceed attraction goals and received the Disneyland Resort Spirit Award. At ADP, Chris held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Programs, where they drove significant cost savings and improvements in employee retention. Chris earned a Master of Science in Leadership & Management from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
