Chuck Platt

Chuck Platt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Time and Labor Management at ADP since June 2016, Chuck oversees strategic leadership and operations, including partner relationships and P&L responsibilities. Prior to ADP, Chuck held significant positions at SumTotal, including Chief of Staff and Vice President of Global Program Management Office, where strategic operating priorities were driven and organizational goals were achieved. Earlier experience includes roles at CyberShift, where Chuck was Executive Director of Customer Experience Programs and at Honeywell International, where management of complex strategic IT initiatives was a key responsibility. Chuck holds an MBA in International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University.
