Claudio Maggieri has extensive experience in leadership positions within the Human Capital Management (HCM) sector, notably serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Latin America at ADP from April 2014 to November 2020. In this role, Claudio led a significant HCM outsourcing operation, delivering cloud-based and managed services to over 1.5 million employees across five countries. Previous roles at ADP included Vice President of Service Delivery Operations for Latin America and General Manager for Brazil, where accountability included managing a project-oriented organization that implemented approximately 500 client projects annually and enhancing client satisfaction through structured retention and performance improvement strategies. Claudio holds two MBA degrees, one from Ohio University with a focus on Business Administration and Management, and another from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas with specialization in Finance Administration and Strategy.
