Cole Smith

Cole Smith is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Trainer at NuWest Group since March 2021, Cole previously contributed as a Trainer at UW Medicine from November 2019 to March 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning and Development Specialist at Cascade Coffee, Inc., where Cole also held the position of Safety Committee Coordinator from August 2011 to June 2019. Cole holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology/Business Administration from Central Washington University.
