Dan Kaufman

Dan Kaufman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and sales learning development. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales Learning Design and Development at ADP since October 2022, Dan leads a team of ten in creating impactful content for over 6,000 sales professionals worldwide and has focused on implementing mobile-ready strategies and performance support for learning content. Previously, Dan held various roles at ADP, including Director of Sales Learning Content Development, contributing to the company's consistent presence in the Top 20 of the Training 125 list. Dan's career also includes freelance web design, management positions at Jackson Hewitt, and technical roles at Perot Systems. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cinema and Photography from Ithaca College.
