Dave T. is a seasoned expert in user experience research, currently serving as Principal, User Experience Research at ADP since June 2022, leading a team focused on enhancing cloud-based payroll solutions globally. Previously, Dave held the role of Director, Head of User Research at Prudential Financial from 2018 to 2022, where Dave established foundational design research practices and scaled teams to improve client experiences. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director, Head of Research at Inspire from 2014 to 2018, where Dave established the in-house research practice and advanced research maturity within the organization. Dave's career began at TNS as a Research Associate and includes roles at Symphony Health Solutions, Verilogue, Inc., and Transcare ML, Inc. Dave holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and a BBA from Temple University.
