David Newell

David Newell is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the human resources and waste management industries. Currently serving as a Major Accounts Sales Executive at ADP since October 2018, David leads a team in the Colorado market, achieving 129% of the sales plan in the first half of FY25. Previously, David held the role of Major Accounts District Manager at ADP, assisting midsize businesses in enhancing productivity and ROI. David's tenure at Waste Connections, Inc. saw recognition on multiple occasions, including the Chairman's Club in 2014 and ranking among the top five nationally in sales that same year. David’s background also includes roles in education and admissions coordination, complemented by a Master's degree in Secondary Education/English from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
