Dawn Messer

Dawn Messer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with 30 years of experience in various HR functions, specializing in strategic planning, employee relations, and talent optimization. Previously serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Caliper, Inc., Dawn directed HR operations for 18 branches across the U.S. and was a key member of the leadership team. Dawn also held positions as Human Resources Manager at Quality Labor Management, LLC, and Benefits Manager at Colonna's Shipyard. Education includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Mars Hill University. Currently, Dawn holds the title of Senior HR Business Partner at ADP.
