Delphin Thomas, FPC, aPHR, is a results-driven leader with over 10 years of experience in customer success, payroll, and tax services. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Payroll Tax at ADP, Delphin oversees a national team of tax consultants and implements process improvements to enhance client experiences. Previously, Delphin held roles as Payroll Supervisor at Insperity and Payroll Team Leader at ADP, where they focused on client retention and team performance. Delphin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
