Elisa Conner is the Director of Global Business Transformation for ADP GlobalView North America. They previously served as a regional service delivery manager at ADP from 2014 to 2016 and held various roles at BlackBerry, including Major Incident Management and Team Lead, where they managed technical support teams and facilitated incident resolution. Their career began at EDS, where they were a team lead from 2003 to 2007. Elisa is currently pursuing a degree in Sociology and Classics at Acadia University.
