Elvy Asonye, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is a Client HR Business Partner at ADP with over 10 years of experience in human resources, strategic planning, and operations management. A seasoned HR professional and U.S. Navy Reserves member, Elvy has held various leadership roles, including Training Officer and Operations Officer, where they excelled in mentorship and team development. They founded Asonye for Girls Empowerment to promote personal growth and success among girls and women. Elvy holds a Master of Science in Manpower Systems Analysis Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and an Associate’s Degree in Foreign Language from the Defense Language Institute.
